Your Investment Changes the Map

Every dollar funds policy research, grassroots organizing, and independent support for the candidates and issues that will reshape South Florida. Help us win the seats that change everything—for our communities, our state, and the next generation.

SFF is an IRS social benefit non-profit. Your support powers our work across South Florida.

The Problem

For decades, most common-sense candidates in Palm Beach and Broward Counties have been clobbered at the ballot box. Local Republican organizations have been unable to compete. Political talent, requisite funds, and quality candidates have been in short supply, in local to federal races. Every Republican House candidate in the area since 2010 has been yet another loss.

The funds will allow SFF to change the local electoral game from the school board to Congress. Sustainable and systematic provision of the campaign resources required, and the natural upgrade of candidate quality that will follow, will allow us to compete and win. There are dozens of critical local races every year, in which a dose of outside spending, on a strong candidate, can be a game changer.

Some races (FL-23 in particular) are winnable–with the requisite resources and candidates. It takes over $3-5 million (not including independent support) for a Congressional candidate to defeat an incumbent. In 2024 over $2 billion was donated to House Candidates in 435 House races–which does not include PAC spending, which is what SFF will deploy with your funds. Some recent races elsewhere have cost more than $25 million.

Opportunity

The Time for action is now

Thanks to national and state politics, and demographic forces, today's Florida Democrat party is not what it was ten years ago. With its national and state polling numbers at an all time low, division, defections, and donor fatigue will grow, challenging it and its affiliates going forward. Winning back several key local seats could be monumental political local, state and national news. Now is the time for a Republican full-court press, from local school boards, town leadership and state elections, to federal House seats.

New day new ways

What has not worked for 20 years is still not likely to work for Republicans here today. Let's try something different. Imagine our part of Florida in sync with the rest, changing local politics, and impacting 2026 midterms and elections in 2028, with several surprise victories in South Florida. Let's identify critical and winnable opportunities in state, city and town elections, raise the required resources, put them to work better than the rest, and end the era of democratic control. We will also leverage our ground game efforts for other state-wide campaigns (Florida Governor and U.S. Senate elections 2026). We will independently put your investments in our future to work in your backyard.

Raising Awareness

Growing awareness and identifying requisite funding to change the game is what will power our success. Our 501 (c)(4) and aligned entities will publish policy research, organize voting groups, and independently support or oppose candidates, with state-of-the art advocacy techniques. We will work with the best election and organizing consultants, and policy experts, available. We intend to hold regular intimate invite-only events for investors and prospects, featuring unique national political figures and thought leaders.
