Diane Evans is a seasoned Republican political operative and dedicated community leader who has made Palm Beach County her home for over four decades. A mother of four, Evans combines her deep local roots with extensive experience in both business and politics to serve her community effectively.

Evans has built a distinguished career in property management, operating her business in Delray Beach for more than a decade. Her professional expertise in real estate and property operations has provided her with valuable insights into local economic development and community planning challenges facing South Florida.

In the political arena, Evans has emerged as a respected and influential figure within the Palm Beach County and Florida Republican Party organizations. Since 2020, she has served as a Palm Beach County Republican Executive Committee (REC) Committeewoman, working to build party infrastructure, support conservative candidates, and engage voters throughout the region. Her leadership within the REC has been instrumental in advancing Republican priorities and organizing grassroots political activities across Palm Beach County.

Evans’s political acumen was recognized on the national stage when she was selected as a speaker at the 2024 Republican National Convention, highlighting her growing influence within party circles and her ability to articulate conservative values to audiences nationwide.

Most recently, Evans served as Deputy Campaign Manager for Dan Franzese’s 2024 congressional campaign in Florida’s 22nd District, where she applied her organizational skills and extensive political network to support Republican efforts in one of Florida’s competitive congressional races. Her role in the campaign demonstrated her strategic thinking and ability to manage complex political operations.
